The Biblioteca Ambrosiana and MOL-liturgica

The article presents the nature and history of the Biblioteca Ambrosiana, with particular attention to the types of book collections it holds. While books with liturgical content have never been a specific focus, they are nonetheless represented. The article also refers to the current presence in the catalogue of pre-Tridentine liturgical manuscripts and printed works, and to the prospects for collaboration with the MOL Liturgica project.
