BeWeB: un giovane progetto che compie vent’anni
The BeWeB portal represents the story of inheritance through which communities express the identity value of cultural heritage in its various forms, material and intangible, as a reflection and expression of their values, knowledge andtraditions, in constant evolution. The Church Goods, in addition to having a cultural, historical, artistic, bibliographic, archival and patrimonial meaning, also represent one of the places where the mission of the church is carried out. Motivated by a perspective mainly linked to knowledge, certainly patrimonial and of protective nature, the dioceses and parishes have cataloged their goods through a local project of national nature, and investing cultural, human and economic resources. This activity is carried out with growing awareness. Lately this awareness of the need of preserving, transmitting and using the gift has grown. By now, the communities identify in those goods the reasons for their own identity, the value of life and of proclamation.
