S i è svolta a Roma dal 14 gennaio al 6 febbraio 2011 la mostra Avanti popolo.
Il Pci nella storia d’Italia 1 . Ideata e organizzata dalla Fondazione Istituto Gramsci e dalla Fondazione Cespe (Centro studi di politica economica), con il patrocinio del Comitato per il 150° dell’Unità d’Italia, la mostra si è proposta – come si legge nella brochure informativa – «di raccontare la storia del Partito comunista italiano attraverso immagini in formato digitale, materiali audiovisivi, manifesti, volantini, opuscoli e vari altri materiali a stampa».
