Considerazioni preliminari sul riuso delle risorse digitali

The paper aims to introduce the theme of the re-use of digital resources by referring to the most significant national and international experiences and to some critical issues that limit or actually prevent its practice in the field of cultural heritage: the lack of integration between platforms, the different modes of access and licences for use, economic interests, legal impediments, the protection of patents and intellectual property rights which, in the case of vaccines, has become a socially and politically discriminating factor, etc. On the other hand, the value of the Net (sometimes also its limitation) lies in the continuous remodelling of content, its continuous disaggregation and re-aggregation into new forms, which multiply knowledge by opening it up to new contexts, producing new cultural imagery, ‘new didactic sets’ and learning.
